The usual project flow includes the following steps:

Phase 1: CORE Analysis
The JSC business model starts with CORE Analysis which stands for Comprehensive Online Review and Evaluation. Your website is examined on multiple parameters including code, design, usability, navigation, calls to action, ease of use, orphan pages, broken links, etc. This analysis helps us understand the branding and positioning of your website and identifies changes that need to be made for improved performance covering the above parameters.

Phase 2: SEM Analysis
This exercise starts with a detailed analysis of the client website; the factors which affect the website both directly and indirectly, starting with a review of our client’s business model to the conversion rate, providing a holistic view which serves as a platform for the campaign. This phase focuses on evaluating the search engine friendliness, traffic log and content analysis.

Phase 3: COMP Development
Based on the facts and figures collected in CORE & SEM Analysis, a Customized Online Marketing Program strategy is developed that also includes the services and budget recommendations for your website.

Project Initiation and Maintenance
Based on the recommendations we make, quarterly marketing plans, project schedules and project initiatives are recommended. Clients are sent bi-weekly reports indicating the progress of their projects.
