Adam Taff - Chief Operating Officer
Adam Taff is the Chief Operating Officer for JSC. In that capacity, he oversees all daily operations including Human Resources, facilities, project management, and budgeting. Adam joined JSC in early 2007 after working with Jeff as a client for several years. Before joining JSC, Adam was the President of a successful live seminar company teaching Fortune 200 executives the fundamentals of business communication, culture and decision making.
Before that, Adam completed a distinguished career in the Navy. He completed two deployments overseas to the Persian Gulf and Adriatic and was competitively selected to stand up the three billion dollar Swiss FA-18 program, becoming the first U.S. officer to develop and train the Swiss Air Force.
As an FA-18 tactical aircraft commander and flight instructor for 14 years, Adam receiving 15 medals and ribbons for superior performance and service and was selected for command of an FA-18 squadron. He amassed over 4,000 flight hours and over 400 carrier landings. He was honored as the number one FA-18 pilot and officer in his command two years in a row. Adam applies his operations experience to JSC, running a dynamic and integrated team of professionals to deliver state-of-the-art results for JSC’s clients.
